Payments Options

 Refund & Cancellation Policy

All payments are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made in 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. No-shows are subject to a fee. Cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded; however, a credit may be issued at the discretion of People’s Ride Transit Services LLC and applied toward a future ride. Credits are non-transferable and must be used within 30 days unless otherwise approved.
